Internal halyard M-Winch.  

Maintenance free, gearless and self-locking at any point, eliminating the need for a separate brake.  Direct drive winch provides rapid raising and lowering of the flag.  No monthly lubrication is needed.  This winch is inserted into the pole and secured with a stainless steel bolt on the back side of the pole.  

Remove cylinder lock to expose winch insertion slot.  Apply inward pressure to locking mechanism with handle to raise or lower the flag. 

For use with recommended 1/8in diameter stainless steel cable.
